Nutrition is no longer just a hard science; these days eating healthfully incorporates psychology (mindfulness), the environment (sustainability), and food traditions, politics, processing and preparation.

Because it is a multifaceted topic, most of us are intimidated by the idea of “eating well.” My intention is to make it simpler by highlighting general concepts and demonstrating how to apply them through recipes and stories from my own life.
